You can purchase the option of removing your existing mattress only when you purchase a new mattress from us in the same order.
 
To ensure compliance with hygiene and OH&S standards, the following conditions apply:
 
Mattress must not be heavily soiled, stained, or contaminated (for example with bodily fluids, mould, or pest infestation).
 
Mattress should be in a condition that allows safe handling and transport by the delivery crew.
 
Where a mattress does not meet these conditions, additional charges may apply or collection may be declined.
