We have teamed up with a reputable delivery partner to offer a premium service to prioritise your convenience, care and peace of mind.
The premium service comprises the following:
- A 2-person team that ensures better care during delivery.
- Delivery of your mattress, bedhead, base and adjustable bed to your room.
- Assembling/screwing on of legs for bed bases as well as inserting bedhead into base. The service does not include any assembly of the adjustable bed including the assembling of legs.
- Removal of packaging materials for your convenience.

Note: Please see items (f) to (i) under Delivery, title and risk section of the Terms and Conditions to ensure conducive delivery location conditions are met for safe and unobstructed delivery.

We are currently delivering for FREE in a majority of postcodes in Metropolitan Melbourne.
Delivery charges of $95, $165 or $250 will apply depending on your location in Victoria (e.g. outer metro or regional).
You can check if we deliver to your postcode and if delivery charges apply when viewing your cart.​

Our quality luxury mattresses are made to order. True luxury takes time.
While your mattress takes longer to arrive, indulgent comfort and blissful rest await. Thank you for your patience.
Deliveries are done only on weekdays Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays).
Mattresses
Deliveries are typically expected within 5 to 10 business days after order is accepted.
Bedheads and Bases
Deliveries are typically expected within 10 to 15 business days after order is accepted.
Adjustable Bed
Deliveries are typically expected within 5 to 7 business days after order is accepted.
Pillows
If only Pillows are purchased, they are posted to the customer and arrival is typically expected within 5 to 7 business days after order is accepted. No courier costs for Pillows.
If a Mattress, Bedhead, Base and/or Adjustable Bed is part of the same order, Pillows will instead be delivered together with other items (which can take longer) rather than posted.
Mattress, Base, Bedhead and/or Adjustable Bed
When any combination of products like a Mattress, Base, Bedhead and/or Adjustable Bed are purchased, the delivery is done once and will depend on the longest delivery expectation amongst the products.
For instance, if a Mattress (expected within 5 to 10 business days) is purchased with a Bed base (expected within 10 to 15 business days), the typical expected delivery will then be 10 to 15 business days after order is accepted.
Possible delays
The above delivery expectations are only a guide.
Whilst we endeavour to keep to these expectations for Regional, there may be an additional 5 business days for certain locations. Delivery to certain Regional locations might also be restricted to certain days which may cause further delays.
Delays can also be expected during peak seasonal periods during Christmas, Black Friday and End-of-Financial-Year for both Metro and Regional.

We or our delivery partner will endeavour to contact you within 2 to 3 business days following acceptance of your order regarding the expected delivery date and time via phone, email or text.
An additional confirmation notification (including a delivery window) will also be provided 1 day prior to delivery via phone, text, or email to ensure that you or an authorised representative will be available to accept the delivery at the nominated address.
On the day of delivery, an estimated time of arrival may be provided, and the delivery team will endeavour to complete a courtesy call prior to arrival. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that accurate contact details are provided at the time of purchase and that someone is available to receive the delivery during the confirmed time window.
Deliveries are only done on week days from Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays).
Should there be any changes to the expected delivery date due to unforeseen circumstances, we will reach out to you as soon as practicable.

At this stage, we do not deliver on Weekends and Public Holidays.
We deliver only weekdays Monday to Friday.

No, we only service the state of Victoria at the moment.
However, it is our aspiration to bring our premium mattresses to other states because every Australian deserves to experience luxury holiday sleep at home.

We do not provide an option for customers to undertake their own collection of goods and we appreciate your understanding.
Given the bulky nature of mattresses, bedheads, bed bases and adjustable beds, we have partnered with a reputable delivery partner that offers a professional 2 person premium service to deliver your goods right to your bedroom.

Yes we do and you can purchase the option for your existing mattress to be removed when you purchase a new mattress with us.
To ensure compliance with hygiene and OH&S standards, the following conditions apply:
Mattress must not be heavily soiled, stained, or contaminated (for example with bodily fluids, mould, or pest infestation).
Mattress should be in a condition that allows safe handling and transport by the delivery crew.
Where a mattress does not meet these conditions, additional charges may apply or collection may be declined.

We do not accept cancellations or returns for change of mind. However, you may have rights to a repair, replacement or refund under the Australian Consumer Law.
